All of the information must be completed and returned to the Clerk of the District Court's office when you pick up the license. The Worksheet MUST be signed by both parties. Either party may pick up the license after the waiting period has expired. The fee for the license is $50.00. The marriage license will expire six (6) months from the date of issuance. The clerk will give you the original license and a duplicate copy of the license.
