Welcome to the Thomas County, Kansas District Court Website.

 

 

 

 

 

The Thomas County Courthouse is located at 300 N. Court in Colby, Kansas.  The courthouse, which was built in 1906, is on the National Register of Historic Places.  It is an ornate multi-story brick building which houses a clock tower.

Colby is the county seat of Thomas County.  It was founded in 1885 and has a population of approximately 8,451 residents.
